Hi, I'm Christian, the latest Software Engineer on the Development team. Before I joined the team, I would say that I was completely oblivious about the idea of Backflow and how important it was to our water system. But now that I know, I'm really glad that I'm able to contribute my skills and experience to making the backflow testing process easier for our customers.
As part of Syncta's Software Development team, my role is to help build the various tools and interfaces that make up Syncta's core product offering. Within my first few weeks, I've helped enhance our search functionality and also contributed to the design of the new interface for one of our standalone product features.
When I'm not spending my time working on software, I like to interact with people. I'm also a photographer, so I enjoy helping people capture and preserve their memorable moments. In addition, I enjoy physical activities such as playing soccer, taking walks and traveling.
I currently work remotely out of Las Vegas and I really enjoy my work trips to Oregon because of how different the Portland area is to Las Vegas. The trees and the rain of Oregon always reminds me of the tropics, where I was born in Nigeria.
I'm excited to be a part of the Watts family and I promise to do the best that I can to make Syncta the best backflow testing software you will ever use.
